This Alpha Privacy Policy is a working launch draft for Get stocked. It should be reviewed by counsel before general availability.

1. Information We Process

We process account registration details, employee user details, Clover merchant identifiers, Clover API credentials, inventory data, orders, sales metrics, invoice files, invoice extraction results, audit logs, support requests, billing status, device/session metadata, and application usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide inventory management, Clover synchronization, invoice scanning, product matching, analytics, audit controls, support, account security, abuse prevention, billing enforcement, and product improvement.

3. AI Document Processing

When you upload documents for invoice scanning or related automation, the file and extracted text may be sent to AI service providers for analysis. We configure AI requests to avoid provider-side response storage where supported and delete uploaded provider files after processing where supported. You should not upload documents unless you are authorized to process them for your business.

4. SMS And Employee Notifications

If SMS notifications are enabled, we process employee phone numbers, notification preferences, message content, delivery metadata, and related operational settings to send inventory or workflow alerts. Messages are intended for employee operational use, not marketing.

5. Support And Admin Access

Support and authorized administrative personnel may access account data when needed to provide support, investigate bugs, protect the service, verify billing or trial eligibility, or respond to security issues. Support impersonation requires a support reason, should be limited to legitimate operational needs, and may be logged for auditability.

6. Credentials And Sensitive Data

Clover credentials and application API tokens are treated as sensitive credentials. We use encryption, hashing, access controls, and operational safeguards appropriate for alpha launch, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate Get stocked, including hosting, storage, payment, support, communications, analytics, and AI processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

8. Retention And Deletion

We retain business records, inventory data, audit logs, sync data, invoices, support messages, and account records while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, operational, and backup purposes. Provider-side AI file uploads are configured for short-lived processing and deletion after use where supported. Deletion requests may be limited by legal, billing, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations.
